Serving Maple Grove
Drive time from our Minneapolis base: roughly 20-25 minutes northwest. Maple Grove anchors the Squad's northwest route with Plymouth, Brooklyn Park, and Osseo.
Big newer homes, busy elevations. Maple Grove's housing stock skews newer and larger - multiple gables, dormers, a garage wing at its own height, stone and detailed trim on the front. Good raw material for lighting, and a measuring job rather than a package job. Every run measured, cut, and terminated on-site, with the plane transitions planned deliberately because that is where a fast install looks wrong from the street.
Restaurant and retail patios. The Arbor Lakes corridor and the surrounding restaurant base have a specific need: patios and outdoor seating that has to look good and stay usable into cold weather, plus storefronts that need to look excellent through the retail season without a crew in the doorway on a Saturday. We do both, scheduled around business hours, and we do the patio string work as well as the roofline.
No holes. All-clip attachment to shingle, gutter, and fascia. Nothing stapled, nailed, or glued to stone veneer, cast columns, or trim.
Ice-dam-aware routing and spring takedown with off-site storage, same standard as the rest of the metro.

Permanent LED in Maple Grove
Two markets, two arguments.
Residential: these are big houses in a place that is dark by 4:45pm in December. A permanent LED roofline makes the elevation visible year-round rather than for six weeks, and a family market uses the app control constantly - orange in October, red and green in December, purple and gold on a Vikings Sunday, school colors for a game or a graduation. It gets used, which is why it stops feeling seasonal.
Restaurants and retail: permanent removes the annual seasonal install line item and gives you a facade and patio you can re-color for any holiday, promotion, or event from a phone. For a patio that you want usable and inviting from spring through late fall, permanent lighting is not a holiday product at all - it is infrastructure.
